This is software that allows full remote tethering (with live viewfinder) of any Canon CHDK compatible camera. It's old and not actively developed though it builds on a bunch of platforms, including Windows and Linux (2.6/3.x/4.4) kernels. It might work on old versions of OS X. It does not work on macOS.
