Episcopal Community Services https://ecs-sf.org/ According to a NB member ,IF you have a room to rent lined up and you can prove you have income from working, ECS will pay your deposit and first month's rent. This likely works best if you find a room to sublet from an existing tenant. They also have this program, https://ecs-sf.org/adult-coordinated-entry/ and other services.
