Short announcements and events[edit]
Next Friday, June 6th, Writer's Workshop will be hosting a fundraiser for NB in the main Hackitorium. Suggested dono of $10, but no one turned away. There will be some readings, some snacks, maybe some drinks? Definitely some fun! Will arrive around 5:30 to start setting up the space.
Sewing class coming up on this Friday the 30th. Gonna be a bit crowded. If you havent signed up send Elle a text because ppl may have to be shuffled around. Crochet on the 14th. Mending Jeans the Sunday after that.
Also, there will be a fundraising meeting next Sunday the 8th.
Omelia has offered to help lead the organizing effort for the NB Sweet 16 party. Get in contact with me (Elle) or them if you'd like to help out with organizing!
Elan: If anyone has any contacts with any local journalists, please hmu. I have questions for them regarding a wiki project I'm working on!
