Have decided to start logging each batch of kombucha individually, and have therefore also come up with a numbering system, which will consist of a 6-digit-date and a 3-letter code indicating type of tea. So, a batch labelled 100903EGG will be an Earl Grey Green brewed on September 3rd, 2010.
