Working on organizing with Libera.chat. Heard back from them 12/2021. They can help dedicate noisebridge within libera.chat as a project channel, allowing us additional flexibility. See details at https://libera.chat/chanreg/

Once we have this setup we can tombstone re-direct our old freenode room.

IRC could also be bridged into our other chats.
