TODO, fix up, blockquote (with links), or just fix links

Owww, I do feel really sorry to see the #big-3d-printer work go away, the extensive work, that @Magnet, @rrmutt, @pyconaut and others got up to. (@broccoli)* I feel this way only after seeing a hint of the debugging effort that went into it, visible in the #big-3d-printer channel, however, it's only evident for a week in September. // I don't remember it discussed in meetings since September, and a quick search of meeting minutes bears this out (where attendees might mention it in their introduction, or maintainers giving status updates, or asking for help). // Search for "3d printer" (ignoring non "big" results) yields mentions in these meeting notes (date sorted):

And so, it has been broken, and entirely unmentioned and unaddressed: in public weekly general meetings (see above), in it's own #big-3d-printer slack channel, and on its wiki page (With 1 exception: It appears Magnet made a cosmetic practical update to the wiki page in early February, from revision history) for 5 months. I could forgive any very astute noisebridger for believing that this was abandoned, it looks that way to me. I'm sorry to say, but What is the standard of communication that we hold ourselves to instead? (Of cleaners, guild leaders / maintainers, active members) (Perhaps we need a cleaning guild coordinator.). // I wish we'd found a dedicated space for it, for example in the existing electronics room or especially in the proposed electronics room in back room (if we could get 1/2 ton upstairs—probably on its side, see photo for mass). // I couldn't tell you the state of the printer. That I know of (speak up), no one regularly in the space knew the state of it. It's hard to champion all the incomplete and broken things we have in the space, we have to make a choice about actively using space. // I'm not trying to appeal to special rules, but really to practical considerations of how contributors and frequent users of noisebridge, along with meeting-headed people, can coordinate effectively. So, again, I'm very sorry that we noisebridgers were not able to effectively coordinate to fix and make glorious use of this Connex 350. // It's excellent to clean, it's excellent to hack, it's especially excellent to communicate—even though, nay, especially when, we find it a chore. Kudos for hacking, kudos for cleaning. TODO talk openly, at least monthly(? quarterly?), about your goals. I want to theme meetings—check-ins on the first meeting of each month, for finance (other officers?) (guilds, and clean up). (Maybe we should archive inactive channels too). (edited)
