Discussion

CRISIS: Ripple arrived this morning to find the duck pond had been moved. It was in the back hallway, behind some boxes. The ducks were still in it. But the pond was MOVED.

No note. No explanation. Just... relocated.

Ripple: "This is unacceptable. The pond has a LOCATION. It's THE DUCK POND. ON THE PATIO."

Investigation launched. Quorum asked around. someone needed the space for "a thing" on Friday night and just... moved it.

The pond has been restored to its rightful location. But the violation has been noted.

Discussion: Do we need to formalize our space usage? Talk to the space allocation people? Put something on the wiki about our territory?

Lumen: "Territory is a strong word."

Ripple: "THE POND WAS MOVED, LUMEN."

Agreed to add a note to our wiki page about the pond location. Will discuss at next general Noisebridge meeting if needed.

Silent Sitting: Still on for Wednesday. Lumen will bring the ducks to the pond beforehand. Assuming the pond is still there.
