Core crew out:

Ripple at conference. Eddy camping. Flotsam at art residency. Summer scattering.

Quorum: "Skeleton crew energy. But we persist."

Elan visits:

Elan does "a little of everything" at NB. Events, wiki, welcoming, general glue.

Elan: "I keep meaning to check you out. Finally made it."

Toured the pond. Met the ducks. Asked about our wiki practices.

Elan: "Your documentation is genuinely impressive. Meeting notes going back to founding?"

Quorum: "Every single one."

Elan: "Most groups can barely keep a wiki page updated. You have an ARCHIVE."

Discussed how we maintain it. Rotating note-takers. Immediate posting. Culture of documentation.

Elan: "I might steal some of this for other groups."

Quorum: "Please do."

Daniel:

Daniel emailed Flotsam again. Also messaged Quorum directly. "Really excited about the 3D duck idea."

He's made prototypes. Wants to present them.

Quorum: "We should probably let him. He's put in work."

Lumen: "Let's schedule it for when Ripple and Eddy are back. They'll have opinions."
