Discussion

Reunion:

Full attendance for first time in weeks. Hugs. Stories. Ripple's conference was "meh." Eddy saw a bear (real bear, not metaphor).

Good to be back together.

Summer recap:

Quiet but productive:

• Pool fixed (Ken is hero)
• Zine published (good reception)
• CCC Cologne growing
• Ken might be duck-curious
• Elan visited (impressed by wiki)
• Daniel situation brewing

No crises. No drama. Rest achieved.

September planning:

Daniel's 3D duck presentation: scheduled Sept 14.

Ripple: "What's everyone's temperature on this?"

Eddy: "Skeptical. They're not RUBBER ducks."

Lumen: "Open-minded. The Expansionist position allows for exploration."

Quorum: "Let's hear him out. He's put in effort."

Stillwater: "I don't want to hurt his feelings but I also don't want plastic ducks."

General agreement: listen respectfully, maintain values, don't commit to anything.

Also September:

• Duck Norris 1-year squeaker anniversary (Feb was failure, but still)
• Fall recruitment push?
• Infra Guild collaboration? (Loren mentioned to Elan)
