Loren debrief:

Loren's visit last week was great. Genuinely impressed.

Loren's notes (shared with us):

• Consistent format across 70+ meetings
• Moderator/notetaker rotation prevents burnout
• Quactions as accountability mechanism
• Will propose similar system for Infra Guild

Loren also said: "You've created institutional memory. Most NB groups don't have this."

Ripple: "We just... write it down."

Loren: "That's the hard part. You made it automatic."

NB16 planning:

Met with LX Friday. Details firming up.
