Todo List January 11, 2024[edit]
- [ ] Get Event on Noisebridge Calendar (waiting on #events meeting discord calendar) - 12/14/22 https://discord.com/channels/720514857094348840/999140815005827073/1184608372553691217 - @brennan looks like it'll be chaotic, I hate dealing with people on discord but they're still working out the process
- [ ] Educate group on the culture of Noisebridge (the tour offering before or after the event) - __they just want to make sure we're not a business group coming in, trying to get engineers to work for free, with no concern for the community. Since this is a community group and not primarily business oriented I think it's fine__
Done[edit]
- [x] Get event on Noisebridge meetup page https://www.meetup.com/noisebridge/ - have this closed off to participants and forward people to the SLUG meetup page - https://www.meetup.com/noisebridge/events/298296847/
- [x] Get event up on SLUG meetup page https://www.meetup.com/swift-language/events/298221079
- [x] Romy Attends meeting, secures space. discussed that it's an open source programming language. we probably don't have to attend another meeting
- [x] Brennan attended a meeting, reassures Noisebridge that we will respect the community space as it's run by volunteers
- [x] Logistics - make sure woodshop is silent during our talk (Brennan took care of it)
Upcoming[edit]
- February 8, 2024 - (90% likely not confirmed yet)

Whether you're a beginner just getting started with Swift or an experienced professional, you'll find a warm welcome here.
