Handles soft metals OK.
- The lathe is most likely not aligned / leveled, so beware if you are doing precision work.
- The scales are indicated at 0.001" / 0.025mm. Obviously, one of the these is wrong. It's unfortunately the metric -- it should be 0.0254mm.
- The gearbox oil should be changed every 6 months. Last change: May 25 2024
